The Siemex team has in-depth manufacturing and technology experience in the whole metallurgical silicon supply chain (UP/Downstreams) that comes from companies such as Tokai Cobex, Younvei, Energopromcarbon, Reliance Mining, Ferroatlantica, Globe Metals, Pechiney, Simcoa (Shin-Etsu), Dow Corning, Elkem, RIMA, LIASA, Italmagnesio and GCL Silicon (China), MMEC, REC Solar, GCL Polysilicon, KCC Silicones, etc. The company has many ex-operators and engineers of carbon, silicon, polysilicon, silicones and ferroalloy plants and has been active in new factory planning, furnace reforms and optimizations, retrofitting, brownfield expansions, electrode design and transitions, ramp-ups, startup and shutdowns, milling and sizing projects, casting and refining designs and optimizations, etc. Overall, the company has the following accumulated operations experience in silicon and ferroalloys.
